Terms and Conditions

Cardholders of Hatton National Bank PLC must enroll and register for a DragonPass digital membership account by downloading the “Airport Companion Asia Pacific” mobile application (“Airport Companion app”) either from Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
The DragonPass digital membership must be presented to redeem the lounge visit or any privileges (if applicable).
The DragonPass digital membership account is for the specified member only and cannot be transferred to any other individual.
For additional airport lounge visits, Cardholders can purchase directly by using the “Add Visits” function in the Airport Companion app at US$28 per lounge visit. DragonPass may amend the lounge visit prices from time to time and the price listed in the Airport Companion app shall prevail.
Limousine services are required to be reserved 72 hours in advance of scheduled service time and a successfully completed payment via the Airport Companion.

Free visits will be available for one year from the registered date to the Airport Companion app except calendar years
Primary cardholder as well as the supplementary cardholder is eligible for equal no. of visits
Free visits are eligible for both the cardholder + guests
Remaining FREE visits will NOT be carry forward
Additional visits can be purchased with a concessionary rate by paying the card through the app itself
