DFA account could be opened by foreign Diplomatic Missions (an Embassy, High Commission Consulate, Permanent Mission of United Nations or EU Delegation of the European Commission) and Diplomatic personnel ( citizens of a foreign country attached to the Diplomatic Mission) and their family members residing in Sri Lanka.
